We can not change the content of the mobile version of our Blogspot but you can easily add an Adsense ad that will be displayed only (or not) in the mobile version.
Go to Layout -> And click Add a Gadget and in the list choose Adsense:
Now an Adsense ad will appear in the desktop and mobile version of your blog.
To display advertising only in the mobile version, go to Template -> Edit HTML -> and Search = 'AdSense

Just add mobile = 'only' like this:
<b:widget id='AdSense1' locked='false' mobile='only' title='' type='AdSense'/>
Now you can only show Adsense Ads in mobile version on blogger.
